Yes — we train the AI on your brand voice in the first week using your existing posts and a short onboarding form. You approve the first 10 posts before anything goes live. After that it's hands-off, but you can always reply EDIT to any WhatsApp preview and the agent rewrites it.

About one week. We configure the agents, connect your Instagram and TikTok accounts, set up your WhatsApp inbox, and run a supervised test post before going live. Most clients are posting within 7 days of paying.

2. What information we collect
We collect information you provide directly when you engage our services, including:
Your name, business name, and contact details (email, phone number)
Your WhatsApp number and those of your authorised staff
Content your team sends via WhatsApp (photos, videos, text, voice notes)
Your Instagram and TikTok account credentials (stored securely, never shared)
Business information including your niche and brand voice preferences
3. How we use your information
We use your information solely to provide the Kaspr automation service, including:
Processing and storing content submitted via WhatsApp
Generating captions and scheduling posts to your social media accounts
Sending you WhatsApp notifications and previews
Providing support during your onboarding period
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your content to train AI models.
4. Where your data is stored
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure located in the Sydney, Australia region (ap-southeast-2), in compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
5. Third-party services
To provide our service we use the following third-party platforms:
Twilio — for WhatsApp message delivery
Supabase — for data and media storage
Anthropic — for AI caption generation (content is processed but not retained for training)
Meta (Instagram Graph API) — for Instagram posting
TikTok (Content Posting API) — for TikTok posting
6. Data retention
We retain your data for the duration of your service agreement plus 12 months. Media files (photos and videos) are archived and never deleted without your request. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@kaspr.com.au.

By engaging Kaspr's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the Kaspr social media automation system operated by NorthWorld, NSW, Australia (hello@kaspr.com.au).
2. Services provided
Kaspr provides a done-for-you social media automation system that receives content via WhatsApp, generates captions using AI, and schedules posts to Instagram and TikTok on your behalf. The specific scope of services is agreed at the time of purchase.
3. Payment terms
All fees are charged as a one-time setup fee, payable in full prior to commencement of work. Fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. No refunds are provided after work has commenced unless agreed in writing.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate business information and social media access credentials
Ensure content submitted via WhatsApp complies with Meta and TikTok community guidelines
Not submit content that is defamatory, illegal, or infringes third-party intellectual property
Maintain valid Instagram and TikTok accounts in good standing
Notify us promptly if your social media passwords or access tokens change
5. Content ownership
You retain full ownership of all content submitted to Kaspr. By submitting content, you grant Kaspr a limited licence to process and post that content on your behalf. We will not use your content for any purpose other than delivering our service.
6. Limitations of liability
Kaspr is not liable for: temporary unavailability of Instagram or TikTok APIs; changes to third-party platform policies that affect posting functionality; engagement metrics or business outcomes resulting from posted content. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service period.
7. Account access
You authorise Kaspr to access your Instagram and TikTok accounts solely for the purpose of scheduling and publishing content on your behalf. We will not post content that has not been queued through the Kaspr system. Access credentials are stored securely and never shared with third parties.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, we will cease posting and delete your credentials from our systems within 7 business days. Content already posted to your social media accounts will not be removed.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
